At the end of every month, we hold a Safety Meeting. This is attended by all of the team including Management, Pharmacist, ACT, Dispensers, Trainees and Drivers.

We look at any errors recorded, and what we can do better, including any stock issues, COVID safety, patient issues, training needed, forward planning and staff rotas.

Everyone has a chance for an input and everyone is listened to.

At the end of this month’s meeting, even though we are in a Work Bubble, we decided we would wear visors at work with the R rate being on the increase in the local area.

This meeting is a very valuable tool in Victory’s cabinet, it helps us keep our patients safe, raise any issues, and helps our team feel informed, listened to and valued.
